GRADUATING IN SPRING 2010?
Not unless you turn in the paperwork! Below are the forms you’ll need to submit to Amanda Friz by October 26 if you’d like to graduate in spring 2010. Late forms can result in delayed graduation!
MS thesis and non-thesis:

- You need to collect original signatures from your committee members, then submit both forms to me by Oct. 26
Master of Engineering (project track):

- http://www.coe.utah.edu/includes/documents/MEApplication.pdf
- These forms HAVE to be typed (the College won’t accept handwritten forms from MEN students)
- You need to collect original signatures from your committee members, then submit both forms to me by Oct. 26
PhD students:

- These should have been signed at your proposal defense. If you have not done your proposal defense, you either need to do it this semester or push back your graduation semester.
- All 4 forms, with all 5 committee members’ signatures, are due to me by Oct. 26.
