Requirements:
- Has to hold electronics and possibly the motor within the board itself
- Light weight construction
- Provide sufficient ground clearance
- Provide sufficient clearance for trucks and wheels
- Provide a traditionally Long Board feel
- Easy to shape in order to facilitate carbon fiber lay up
- Be aesthetically pleasing
