Changed lines 7-8 from:

You should consider having 2 people work on this and list there names. It will be worth the equivalent of writing a weekly memo for 2 people in your group.

You should consider having 2 people work on this and list there names. It will be worth the equivalent of writing a weekly memo for 2 people in your group. However, the grade you receive will be a team grade as well.

Added lines 1-21:

Deliverables and Schedule memo (Due Tuesday 9/26/06 by 5PM)

  • post this to the wiki
  • send a link to its location on the wiki via email to Dr. P and your advisor (not necessary to send to Marlin).
  • turn in a signed hardcopy to the ME4000 basket in MEB2110 by 5pm on Tuesday

The main point of this memo is to have each team select semester deliverables that they will be help accountable to. It also provides an opportunity to rework your schedule in order to meet these deliverables. If your schedule does not require reworking, please explain why you think your schedule will allow you to meet these deliverables (a few short paragraphs will suffice). Please attach your overall project Gantt chart and if desired a more detailed Gantt chart relating to your primary deliverables.

You should propose deliverables that will:

  1. put you ahead of schedule to complete your project by April 15, 2006.
  2. Challenge your team
    1. In the case where you perhaps propose many items and some may not be completed, please identify the highest priority items. Justify why it wouldn’t be critical to complete these items.
    2. Have an understanding with your advisor which item(s) you will drop if time is short.
  3. Permit your team to complete key initial development (before your project is complete).

You should follow the same type of formatting and structure
