  • Manufacture initial prototype from aluminum.
  • Determine possible new material for additional prototypes.
  • Mechanical finger able to apply 10 Newtons of force.
  • Mechanical finger composed of 3 joints, each with one degree of freedom.
  • Combine individual fingers into a 5 finger robotic hand.
  • Actuate Shape Memory Alloy Wire using hot and cold water
    • Hot water temp: 70 degrees Celcius
    • Cold Water temp: 30 degrees Celcius
