Problem Statement
| The University of Utah Solar Car uses two battery boxes to contain the batteries used to propel the Solar Car. The Solar Car currently has two existing battery boxes built by previous teams. For the 2006–2007 University of Utah Solar Car Team, the motivation for redesigning to be more user friendly, more fully meet American Solar Challenge rules, and of better construction. The battery box seen in Figure 1.1 from Stanford give a good example of what the end goal is. |  |
