ME Reservations Calendar

Room Access Policy:

Student groups of two or more are allowed to reserve a Student Study room for up to three hours, but not more than two times within a week. Reservations are limited to one week. Upon availability, requests for a subsequent week will be considered no more than one week prior to the requested week. The exception is if you are a TA (Teaching Assistant) and need this for office hours and/or a Senior Design Capstone Team. Senior capstone team reservation requests will be considered for one hour at the same time throughout a semester. Additionally, only faculty and administrative staff are allowed to reserve conference rooms.

Leave Rooms Better Than You Find Them:

Thank you for your help in keeping the building enjoyable for everyone. We ask that when you use these public spaces such as the Conference Rooms, Study Rooms, Tutoring Center, and Common Areas to please be mindful and respectful of others and clean up after yourselves.

Please do this by:

  • pushing in all chairs
  • erasing the whiteboards after each use
  • removing your things and/or garbage
  • remembering that all items provided in that space should remain in that space
