At the beginning of each Fall and Spring semester the Mechanical Engineering department hosts a Python Boot Camp that includes 18 hours of instruction and hands on learning opportunities. This boot camp is open to all Mechanical Engineering students but will be especially helpful for students enrolling in ME EN 2450 for the Spring semester. See below for information about the upcoming semester schedule.

For the Spring 2022 semester the Python Boot Camp will be taught in-person in WEB 1450 and over Zoom (links TBD, will be posted on this website & posted in ME Canvas in January). The schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday of the first two weeks of the semester from 6-9pm. (January 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20).

The course will be taught by Nolan Strauss. If you have any questions about instruction, requirements, preparation, etc. email him at u1079968@utah.edu. If you have any other questions please email the Academic Advising Coordinator at Katie.Barnard@utah.edu.
